Android is the largest mobile operating system now a days. Because it come under most of the mobile brand's and it satisfy our budget. Android is one of the best mobile OS for smartphone's. Also android having large number of applications in the android market. You have smartphonethat means you have definitely stored your personal files in your mass storage that you don't want to allow others to see these content! Today I will show you how to hide the files or folders without using any third party application.
Steps to Hide Files in Android
- Open file manager in your mobile phone.
- Long press on the folder which you want to hide ans select "Rename".
- Enter any name which you want to assign but precede with "." letter (Suppose you want to create a folder with name "picture", then simply type ".picture")
- Make sure you have disabled the option "Show Hidden Files" from file manager settings. This will hide you all folders preceding with "." letter.
- To get your files back, simply enable option "Show Hidden Files".
